On November 18, 2011, the District’s Lab Technician, Annette Reed was awarded a plaque for Laboratory Excellence for 2011. We congratulate Annette for her performance in maintaining an outstanding laboratory.

Those who have not signed the easement are urged to stop by the office and/or make an appointment to submit this paperwork. Notary services are available.

- The information on the first line of the easement should list the ownership exactly how it appears on the deed. (Sample: Doe, John S. & Jane R.)
- The Deed Book & Page number/Instrument number is on file at the District office; you may leave it blank if you do not have this information.
- The original easement must be submitted. There may be no alterations to this easement. All signatures must be notarized.
